Each generation pushed treatment precision forward. But through all of that progress, the tools clinicians use to document, decide, and communicate at the point of care never kept pace.

Our Team
Jace is a board-certified medical physicist with research spanning deep learning-based image reconstruction and novel LLM architectures designed to improve accuracy in domain-specific clinical applications. His work has been published in leading journals and presented at international scientific and healthcare conferences.
As co-founder and primary developer of Spira, Jace leads the design and development of the technical architecture, AI models, and clinical infrastructure that power the platform.
Austin is a board-certified clinical medical physicist in radiation oncology with expertise in translating research into clinical practice across both proton and photon therapy. His published and award-winning work bridges the gap between emerging technologies and real-world patient care.
As co-founder and clinical systems lead, Austin directs the development of evidence-based, disease-specific models and validates the platform's reliability across clinical workflows.
Cole is a radiation oncologist and Alpha Omega Alpha honors graduate. He is a nationally recognized clinical investigator with expertise spanning thoracic, CNS, head and neck, gastrointestinal, and metastatic malignancies. His research has been published in leading oncology journals and presented at ASTRO, ASCO, and international conferences.
As chief medical officer, Cole provides clinical oversight to ensure model validity, evidence alignment, and real-world applicability across disease sites and clinical settings.
