Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of spira-ai.com (the “Website”), operated by Spira AI LLC (“Spira,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

About the Website

The Website provides information about Spira’s software for radiation oncology and a way to request a demo. It is not the Spira application. Access to and use of the Spira application are governed by separate written agreements between Spira and its customers, and nothing on the Website creates such an agreement.

Not medical advice

Content on the Website is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Patients, clinical details, records, and screens shown on the Website, in videos, and in our emails are fictional and for illustration only. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Descriptions of the product are general and may not reflect every feature available to every customer.

Demo requests and communications

When you submit our demo form or otherwise contact us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your organization
  • Not submit patient information or other protected health information
  • Let us contact you about your request and send occasional product updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

Submitting a request doesn’t create a contract or any obligation for either of us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in violation of any law or regulation
  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or to any systems or networks connected to it
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, or bypass its security, spam protection, or rate limits
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means in a way that overloads or disrupts the Website (search engines and similar crawlers that follow our robots.txt file are welcome)
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one

Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are owned by Spira or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. “Spira” and the Spira logo are trademarks of Spira AI LLC. You may view and share links to the Website for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without our written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or rely on websites and services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we don’t promise that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim related to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spira and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access to the Website if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Spira about the Website.
